Meet the Newly Weds
Allan and Kaylee met through mutual friends and started to talk online. After casually meeting up during the Christmas season to go shopping (and bribing her with Dunkin) Allan decided to ask Kaylee to be his girlfriend on January 10, 2017. He enjoyed her kind personality and how she was always there for him in tough times while Kaylee thought he was super sweet and supportive. At almost a year together, Allan proposed on Christmas of 2017. While on their journey, the happy couple got to welcome a little boy into their lives June of 2018. Each day, their love for each other and their son continues to grow, and Allan and Kaylee are excited for September.
How they fell in love
Allan Phelps

"When I first met Kaylee, I was in a dark place; I was getting over a bad relationship and wasn't sure if I could trust anyone again. I was also going through family issues as well. Not long after we started talking, my grandfather died and I was at my lowest point. Kaylee did everything she could for me including coming to the services for my grandfather. She was there for my family and I even though she barely knew me. It was at that time she met a lot of my family. She showed me that I could trust her and I started falling in love with her. After dating for a little while, I saw how she was with my nephew; they loved her almost as much as I did. That proved to me that she was a keeper and all I wanted from that point on was to have her by side forever. As we build our family, having brought our son, Conor, into this world together, my love for Kaylee grows daily. She may be a pain in my butt, but she is my favorite pain in the butt and I wouldn't want it any other way!"
Kaylee Parker

"When Allan and I first go together, I can say that I didn't think we were going to last. However, the longer we were together the harder he pushed me to reach my goals. Everyday he does something that makes me love him more. No matter how much of a pain in the butt he is, I want to spend the rest of my life loving and growing old with him.
I am already so proud of the things he does for our little family. One day, I was struggling with school and I really just wanted to drop out. I was done with school and tired of going no where in life. Allan pushed me and continued to show support for me. He talked me through it. Right then I knew I loved him. I already knew he loved his family and that he would do anything for them. The fact that he wanted my life to be successful meant something. I want to spend the rest of my life loving and growing old with him. I am already so proud of the things he does for our little family. I love you Allan!"
