The company is owned and ran by Event Coordinator, Shelby Snigar. Shelby, although young, has studied Wedding Planning from Penn Foster Career School, as well as Marketing, Public Relations, and Mass Communications.Â

About Shelby Snigar
When I was a child, long after it came out, I watched The Wedding Planner. A few years later, I watched 27 Dresses when it came out in 2008. I was 11. The idea of weddings was a dream to me as a child, yet, I felt urged to want to have my own one day because of what they represented; a dream come true filled with beauty and elegance, and especially love.
I came to realize as I got older that happily ever afters aren't always perfect, yet one thing stayed true, the day of a wedding was special and is a great foundation to a happy marriage. I knew from an early start that I was good at getting things done in a timely manner, enjoyed planning, and loved bringing events to life. I decided to start my own event planning business with a specialty in weddings.
I started Snigar Events with one goal in mind: to design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, I strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for my clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.
