Day-Of Coordinator

Service Description

A Day-Of Coordinator oversees everything taking place on the actual event day. Up to six weeks prior to your event, I would go over details of said event and join you on a rehearsal/day-before tour of the event to affirm all is ready for the big day. Some of the responsibilities I would have include greeting vendors and directing proper set-up, managing decor setup and breakdown, following and guiding any special guests as needed, and ensuring that the event runs as smoothly and on-schedule as possible to leave the hosts to enjoy the event without worry.
